Zenith-Imaginations-of-Sumit

Imagination leads to creativity and creativity brings ideas. Everyone likes new and people are attracted towards changes. Changes which have a positive impact on the life of people will always be accepted. Creativity starts with imaginations but not ends with that. You have to put all your thoughts into reality.

BRING IN CHANGES

World has always changed from what it existed to what it wanted to be. Human curiosity to know more bring in changes. Changes are part of our life. Sometime changes are useful to feel better. Repeating something continuously might result in boredom, such a feeling develops lack of interest in a particular work. Have you ever got tired of office work or studies, the better way to get rid out of this is to bring in changes in your daily routine.

Changes may be as little to as big as it can be. Small changes are easy to think but when we try to think about some big changes, it might be difficult task. Changes are the part of the society since it has developed. Development of an early man to the civilized one was a result of some big changes which man brought in him. Any new learning would result in transformation of our thoughts, which is the beginning of a change process. The way early man discovered fire was something which resulted in a development and the life certainly changed.

Where Scientific thinking, creativity, ideas, are some of the essentials of the changes, lack of interest, knowledge, lack of learning abilities are some of the major hindrances to bring a new change. From the childhood to adulthood lot of changes result in developing and shaping up of a man and he uses it for his growth and development further. One change might result in several new changes in the society. Changes might result in development of an individual to the whole society. Mr. Bell would not have thought that his development of inventing a phone would be a major part of human life in the 21st century. We are no less than slaves of this phone today. This question should be asked to a person who has forgotten his cell phone to the office. A person is significantly interacting with the outside world and retrieving benefits out of it in this Modern Phone age. It sometime takes a lot of time in implementing a new change. A first one to implement any change would retrieve the maximum benefit while others will just gain a part of it. Something that stops us to make any new change is the fear of the failure. An unnecessary interruption from society also withdraws the attempt of bringing in a new change.

“A globalization of Indian economy has somewhere resulted in the growth and development of the country but it should have come much earlier.” Long-term focus will always encourage a change. Cooperation, teamwork and motivation are again supporters of a change and development. One of the major factor to think about new change is desire to think differently. Being unique would always help in bringing in the new changes in the society. Who would have believed earlier that India would be the first country to launch $2500 car-Tata Nano? Dheerubhai ambani dreamt that a common man could also afford a mobile phone, which brought in a revolution by making cell phone accessible at a cheapest rate to a common Indian. With over 300 million subscribers, India is today second largest in the wireless market worldwide. One of my very good friend and an assistant manager in my process Rishi has discovered few innovative ways of Quality check, which at one end has shocked the entire team but it is leading the process towards improvement at the other end. An attitude to bring in change by making best efforts is really important. Many such efforts if combined together would result in the biggest change.

It sometime seems that we are growing but also sometime it appears that we haven’t actually started yet. We are encompassed with never ending problems of poverty, unemployment, illiteracy, superstition and never ending many such problems.
Its seems that 1 billion population is really a curse for one of the biggest county in term of population at least. Now lets try to think this way…
If I take a hypothetical situation where over one billion people of India start earning and become capable of spending in luxuries. When 1 billion people will start consumption at a faster rate, would there be any other developed nation in the world other then our country? Every business is for the end user or customers who is actually a common man and who is responsible for the rise or decline of any business. Can we think what this highly and densely populated county possesses, but are we able to utilize this strength of one billion people? For this a common man needs that attitude and desire to bring in changes

I ask this question first of all to myself and then to you who so ever read this and would like to convey this message to others that WILL YOU????????????????????????
“BRING IN CHANGES”

One night at Times Square

On 9th of November- The Diwali day. We were in USA when our client decided to let us go home early and enjoy as it was our festival time, all of a sudden few of us made a plan to go to New York city and all agreed, so there was no point in staying at Hilton in Malvern, where we were staying during the OJT. We just took the train to Philadelphia city from where we took a bus to New York City. On the way we noticed, it was raining. It was almost 2 hours drive from Philadelphia city to New York city. We at last reached New York City-The city that never sleeps.

We were 9 friends but 6 of them already had booked a room, as it was raining they decided to stay in the hotel for a while. Me, Rishi & Rohan went all unplanned there, so we decided to look for a room to stay for a while, we hired a taxi along with all others to reach to the hotel which they booked to see that we also find some room there. But unfortunately ,there was no room available. In City like New York one of the most famous and expensive cities in the world it’s a normal thing. One should go there with proper planning, one should at least book a room earlier or stay calm without a room.

We said good-bye to all our friends and Rishi, Rohan and me left that place. It was still drizzling but we kept on moving and we thought as it was raining its also not bad to eat something and spend some time in a restaurant for a while, so, we entered a pizza shop. Rishi and me are vegetarian so we asked the man at the counter, to make some good vegetable pizza with the nice toppings of vegetable, that man was also Indian, as eating vegetarian is not quite popular, he had a smile on his face and said don’t worry, he asked.....in which part of India do u people stay, Rishi replied Gurgaon where he stays rohan and I said we are from Delhi, further he asked....... where in Delhi, I replied close to Pitampura, he said....that is where I stay in India.

We also asked him, is it possible to get a cheap room to stay for a while, he said why not let me look something for you. You guys don’t worry relax; also there is Washroom upstairs go and get fresh if you like. Now we were chilling out there and clicking some pictures and sharing few words. We had our pizza. Pizza was as such, as we never had before anywhere, so delicious it was, we really liked that man’s pizzas. After relaxing a bit we decided to leave, he assured us that if you guys don’t find anything and get tired please come here, we are open and relax here, don’t worry about anything. Hearing such words from someone is good enough in the place in which we are unaware of anything. We thanked that person for the great help and then we all left. Now we were roaming on the streets of the Newyork city and trying to still find out some place to keep our bags and relax a bit but, what we found that there was no place or rooms available there. We got into a small shop, that man was also as Indian we bought some caps, as there was too cold and we were also bearing the rain. He suggested going to a dorm in the same street and checking out there. We went out there but the lady there just shaked her head saying noooooooooo.

Rishi told us now lets not waste our time and lets move to Times Square. We all agreed and took a taxi to go to Times Square. Getting off to Times Square I thing we were gazing that street for a while ,we felt we have arrived to the wonderland. Plasma screens all over, on the walls of huge buildings. Buildings are that huge that we had to straighten our heads good enough to see on the top of it. People are around that street as still it was a day and also the lights were quite good there, so how could anyone feel that it was a night. Street is occupied by lots of malls, shops, restaurants, and huge building. We were enjoying and it was not actually bad to be there on a diwali day as atmosphere was quite comparable with crackers and lightening in India on the diwali day.

We were really enjoying and taking out our cameras again and again as there were lot of things to be covered and clicked, we didn’t like to spare a single place without clicking our picture with that. We were helping each other out in clicking pictures along with the huge building and tried our best to be the best photographer. One special thing in our photography is that who so ever clicked the picture always said that the picture is best; now how best it is we always come to know later on. …he he …... Anyways all happens in this strange world . Time-to-Time when it became unbearable we entered a Mall and just got warm inside and spent some of our time in window-shopping. I realized the importance of window-shopping quite a bit.

After roaming a lot we entered a café and sat there drinking coffee with some snacks, Meanwhile a person entered there in Café, he was alone. I think he was enjoying his weekend. He sat beside three of us. He introduced himself so did we. Now the talks began as Americans love to talk and then don’t really like to stop. He really appreciated Indians for their talent and potential. He pointed out that its good to see the talented pool of Middle class people in India and see India really growing. We really thought him to be a nice person and the talks went on.

All of a sudden our talks took a different shape, the optimistic words ended and were taken place by some pessimistic ones. He kept a good knowledge about the Indian economy. He pointed out that why India was really interested in conducting nuclear test when most of its people were dying with poverty. The county like India is not even able to feed its population well. We really had no answer of all these but talks continued. He also pointed out that because of the development of the outsourcing to India, we people are loosing our jobs. We still had nothing much to say but now it was unbearable for all of us to hear all that, though it was a bitter truth. Some how Rishi ended the talks that deciding about the outsourcing industry is still in the hands of people of states because our role comes much later. It is decided by the Government of USA and not by us. We somehow tried to get rid out of it and left that place.

Anyways our ways didn’t end there, we still kept on moving until we saw the rising sun, finally we found a place called Grand station, it was actually a biggest station over there, but for us its was a place to stay for a while, we got fresh there and thought it’s really a good place to relax if you don’t find any hotel in Nework city.
“We all will always remember that the City that never sleeps kept us Awaken the whole night”

INNER FEELINGS

Human being always feels. Feeling is nothing but the state of mind, which every living being has. How will we feel in different situations is difficult to be predicted even by ourselves. Our thought process depends on our circumstances and situations of life. We develop our own way of thinking over the period of time as per our interests.

Feelings vary from person to person, as there is no similar situation through which we come across like others। Flexibility and rigidity also vary in people. Few of us are flexible to change our thinking with time but few are too rigid to carry on same thinking for their entire lives. As we develop knowledge, it changes our thought process, which results in our development. As we get mature our point of view changes, in other words we get wise enough to understand the reality. Some might not even accept this phase of life because it takes some of your precious moments of life, which gets away from you forever.

Feeling is something in the absence of which we cannot be human. A human feels and would like to remain in the state of the feelings which give him all the pleasure. But not all the time we can feel pleasure. Time to time man has distinguished between Happiness and sorrows. A feeling when a person looses his best will never make him happy so it becomes necessary to distinguish such a state of mind, which is Sadness. If we feel bad then only we recognize what exactly is meant by good. In the absence of good feelings bad ones also vanish. When we find some one whose feeling matches with ours, in the state of joy, we call that person our best friend.

How many of us really understand the feelings of others? Do we really think about others point of view? What exactly comes in our mind when we analyze someone? We end with concluding his shortcomings to the maximum and judge the person merely on the basis of our own point of view. How sure are we that we totally ignore others feelings. The fact is what appears is not always the truth. How many of us have seen a desert and further a mirage that appears to be water for especially those who are thirsty but it is not the truth, we still try to see it as what we want as per our greed. So our inner feelings, become reality for us.

The inner feeling of a person is based on his intelligence and experience. We have to remember this might result in conflict with others only if it requires still to be developed. But once we are on the peak of the best of our feelings it will guide others towards the way of prosperity and success.

An American Airlines Flight-0292

There was something to be happy. Happiness was for something I have achieved in my life being a common man . That achievement was nothing but the journey to that part of the world which is still a dream for the common man and that dream came true for me. Preparations were on and on. I was thinking about what to take what not to, what would be my luggage size, from where I’m going to weight it, what all were the clothes would be suitable for this business trip . I ended with buying four business suits and gathered some other required clothes and things which I should carry and finally I ended with three small sized luggage in which one was the carry luggage and other two were checking luggage.
I was suppose to reach airport with my cousin in his Toyota, who promised me to take to the airport and assured me that we will be on time. I had to board Flight 0292; the departure timings were 12:15 A.M. My Colleagues Subhasish, Shyam, Rohan along with my Managers Navneet, Kunwar, Rishi were also boarding the same flight. I was waiting for my cousin on Sep 29th 2007, the day when I Planned my first ever trip through plane and that was a 15 hrs flight, . I was still waiting for my cousin at 8:30 and called him up finally,... brother where are you I think we are getting late..... Oh dear,he replied you know how often do I travel even its good enough if you reach airport before an hour. I told but my manager said we all were suppose to reach there at least 3 hours before the departure and the way to airport is at least 2 hours from my home. He told. …yaar this is just to say not to follow and by the way I’m just about to reach at your home. Finally, he came and I was accompanied with my Papa & Mummy and started journey from my house.
That was unexpected rainy day during that month which made the traffic slower. But we were able to make it to the IGI Airport Delhi at 10:15 PM. I got off the car and that was the time to say good-bye to my family. I met them outside the airport and then picked up the trolley, put my luggage there and finally my hands rolled saying good-bye looking to them while moving inside the airport.
Now when I reached airport I didn’t know where to go, I took out E ticket and thought this might be helpful and standing at one place I rounded myself all over that airport area. Let me see where to go first and I understood that I had to get my luggage X-rayed in the machine. I got my luggage tagged with American airlines sticker and further I moved to the queue which was not a long queue to get my boarding pass. I saw there my manager Navneet who got her boarding pass and was about to leave that place. I Greeted… hi Navneet, she saw me... Ohhhhh hi Sumit, she told me that everyone else had reached here they were already at the terminal. Now I 'm leaving ,see u at terminal, Good-bye. That was the time I realized that I was actually late. Meanwhile an attendant came to me when I was in the queue giving me a form and asked me to fill the same. He handed me one another form and told me this one you have to keep with you till the time you reach Chicago (to change domestic flight to Philadelphia). My turn came my checking luggage was weighted there and was perfectly all right and were sent to the journey. I was handed over two boarding passes one for Flight 0292 and other was for the flight which we had to board from Chicago to Philadelphia…our final destination. At that time my Cell rang, displaying Rishi calling. I answered hello…. Hi Sumit where are you... Hi Rishi, I have reached…. where have you reached....... at the airport I replied.... what??? He shouted…. have you just entered the airport its 11:00 now?.... no sir I was already in at 10:15 PM and also I got my boarding pass….. but you were supposed to reach here at 9 I think...hmmmmmmmmmm I murmured but don’t worry as I think I will make it, can you guide me what is my next step? Oh sure he said you have got your boarding pass now your next step is you immigration check after clearing that, go a head there is a security queue Is it clear to you ? Will be clear don’t worry I replied; I cut off and moved a head . I cleared Immigration check and moved further. I asked attendant ,which is the security queue. He said this is the one which you can see. I thought hey this is too long; I can’t even see where is it ending? Barriers divided that single queue, so, it turned out to be queue divided in multiple rows. So, “N” number of rows were to be crossed. It reminded me something that was what my transition manager “Kunal” said that you must reach the airport at least 3 hours prior to the departure. I was respiring in that Air-conditioned airport. I waited for sometime it was 11: 20 PM. I thought if we keep moving inches by inches should I make it to the Flight 0292 at 12:15 sharp. I had a doubt. There was one more call from manager Kunwar.....hey Sumit; where are you? Still in the security queue; I answered....ok sumit Its high time now; we have to board the flight, so now see you in the flight. I said ok. Another call just after, they were my parents, I picked up....... papa, I’m still in queue and my cell battery is low; once I board the flight, I will call you; I cut it short. When it became unbearable and I thought that I had a pretty chance of missing Flight 0292 I called an attendant.....sir, I have to board flight 0292 which will take off at 12:15 AM and already its 11:50 PM. This queue is still long; Is there any other way of catching my flight. He said sir sorry no other way. I said that means I will miss my flight. He empathizes don’t worry sir…flight won’t leave without you. I thought what he said! I kept on thinking and analyzed that once a passenger has issued a boarding pass flight is suppose to take that passenger in. Now that was the thought, which gave me some relief. I hoped everything to be all right. But the time was not all right because I spent each and every second as long an hour. Finally it was the time to get to the terminal and I handed over my boarding pass and walked and walked till the time I realized that I was in the plane. The time was 12:40 AM I waited a bit then, an air hostess guided me the way to my seat in the Economy Class of Flight 0292. On the way first one to meet me was Rishi looking at me sarcastically. I also saw him... hi sir, I said.... you got in finally, he replied. I thought no time to wait and moved further. I saw Navneet, Rohan, Shyam and Subhasish sitting together, Navneet put her thumbs up indicating you have made it. I said hi to all and moved further to my seat. I managed to keep my luggage in the cabin. At that time only my thought process started a bit and I called my parents.....papa I have boarded flight so don’t worry now and take care; I will call you once I reach; Good bye. Thank God ! My battery is still working. I Sat on the seat taking a high sigh of relief.
“All well If it ends well”, but that was just the beginning, as the seat at which I sat was giving me trouble. I was not able to push it back. Now what was this? I asked a lady sitting to my next and she said this is the button, press it , I pressed but it was not working; she said some problem she thinks , now I waited as I was hesitating to call someone for this stupid issue.
Now it’s a time to call air hostess I think and I called air hostess and explained her the issue. She said don’t worry sir, it will be alright, she called some technician who finally was able to push back my seat a bit but again that was fixed; I couldn't move it too and fro. But that’s fine as “Something is better than nothing”. That was the time when we were asked to tie up our seat belts and switch off all the electronics including laptops and mobiles. Now I started feeling something that was the feeling of joy. For which I beared all the pains. Our plane took off finally for the journey to the Amazing part of the world, i.e., USA.
After 15 hours we reached Chicago a 2nd immigration checkpoint in USA. We all got out of the plane and were in the queue. All were carrying a form but which form was this? I didn’t have any. I told my manager that I didn’t have any form. Actually, I was so tensed when I had reached IGI airport in Delhi ,that, I forgot that an attendant had given me one additional form. People said go back to the plane and ask them about the form. I rushed back towards the plane but all plane doors were closed for me. I rushed back.....friends, I don’t have any form.
My manager Kunwar took an extra form from someone and handed over to me. Now I moved a head but all others were long a head from me, actually they got disappeared now. I got all my checks cleared and took my luggage and went on , asking police men, where to go they guided me that move straight a head , I went on and finally I was out of that terminal . Where, I saw all my colleagues. Thank god! I have reached. Rohan asked hey what is this? I said what is what? Why did u Bring your luggage out . He said you were suppose to submit these inside the terminal. Now what is my next step, I asked? As luggage once brought out cannot be sent back without X ray , so that meant I had to start the procedure all over again and to get it X-rayed at Chicago terminal and that too without the trolley this time. My colleagues were quite helpful they helped my carrying my luggage. I worked hard there to get all this done. But was able to manage it easily.”
Now it was the end of all the tragic and I hoped that was actually the end. Few are the days when nothing works I thought that was a sought of day for me. We halted there for a while; boarded another flight to reach to our destination and finally was the end of the journey at Philadelphia Airport. We boarded a taxi from there to reach Hilton Homewood suites at Malvern. Now we are on the way, ways of USA! ways of our dream! ways to be watched!
"Was it really difficult to make my way to this journey? And if yes ,why was it difficult? Was it difficult as I’ m a common man? I think yes, it’s difficult because a common man has its limitations. He can think and do up to an extent. He cannot realize the challenges until he has faced it. Common man is not perfect and not up to the mark. He has to learn a lot from life and then has to make his way after a lot of struggle. Any journey of the world would not be an easy journey for him. So was this the end of my journey! No it was just the beginning"

Perception-Changes the world

Life is the world of diversity. Differentiation in human arises since the birth. Look around the world how different each and everything that exists is. We ourself give birth to differentiation in our life. This difference starts when a person is named after his birth. We like to be different from others. Is this distinction necessary to recognize a person in between the mass or we cannot accept the world of similarity? Distinction is not only restricted to the names but as a person grows he starts developing the habits of walking, talking, smiling, and doing what so ever he likes which is entirely different from others. The most important part is our thought process, that again is entirely different from others which gives rise to friendship, jealousy, love, hatred, respect and much more. Our opinion makes us different and that opinion arises from "Perception".
Is small thing like perception is so important that it makes a person 0r IS really perception such a small thing.
" I was walking around the road once at Gulabi bagh in Delhi with my friend I observed something. There used to be a hawker at the side of the street who sold Pakoras . I saw lot of people stopping their Corolla’s Honda city's and some other cars as well just to buy from that hawker and adding to my surprise all the car owners were in a big queue in hot summer season in that sunny afternoon. My friend explained he is famous hawker of this area sometime even he loved to buy from him as he sold nice stuffs. I thought he might be earning pretty well this way. We started walking on the same way and at a small distance I saw a one more Pakora wala, it appeared to be almost the same street shop with almost same eatables as I saw earlier but there was a difference I didn’t see even a single customer standing over there. I asked my friend hey one more pakora wala so pakora seems to be favorite of this area. Have you tried this man’s stuff, he said no I never even thought about it, I asked why so, he said no less people visit him and…aise hee… I continued to ask but that doesn’t mean that his stuffs are not nice this might be as good as the first one’s that we saw. He said may be don’t know. I shaked my head a bit like hmmmmm.! I asked myself a question why is this and the answer which I got from myself was that perception once developed in not easy to be changed”

We are living in the world of perceptions. Don't we have that ability to change our perceptions or don’t we dare to think beyond that? What is exactly required to change our perception? People are really observant ; they observe things as they exists, no one dares to think beyond what appears to be or might there is some strong power of perception which is not easy to be changed by a common man. Once a perception will be discussed with people they will blindly follow that perception. Also people don’t really have time to experiment new things.

This perception might give rise to businesses, institutions , habits, fashion, friends and enemies and make the world as you think. When anyone dares to think beyond these perceptions it brings the revolution, which might be the beginning of a new Perception with the improved conditions of the past.
